My deceased relatives occassionally appear to me in my dreams. They appear really, really REAL! Am I dreaming….or is it possible they are truly able to visit me while I’m sleeping?

often they say if a dead relative visits you in your dream then they really have visited you..next time have a chat with with them. are the visits pleasant?
